This week was a little tricky around here. Due to a few crappy/stressful situations my emotional eating came out a little. BUT I did reign it in most of the time. I'm just sayin' don't expect some sort of awesome, Biggest Loser type weight loss or anything.
Here are this weeks stats:
Heidi: -0.5 pounds (total loss: 8.4)
Aaron: +2.7 (total loss: 5.6)
I do confess that Aaron has been sick this week.
So I let him eat out more than usual.
I honestly can't believe that I lost any weight.
Especially because I broke down and ate this baby:
and it was totally worth it!!
Okay so last week I set up some short term "goals" for this week.
1 being: drink more water (check!)
2: to lose a pound.. hmm still working on that one.
This week I started working out, which I hate.
I always gain weight when I first start working out, I know it's muscle but it is still so discouraging.
so tired after working out. Gross.
I have been so sore it's not even funny, but I am getting used to it.
So this weeks 2 goals:
Lose a pound *fingers crossed*
Exercise (even if it is only for like 10 minutes) Everyday this week
