Mid-Mid-life Crisis

First off, I want to say sorry for my lack of blogging.
Also for my lack of commenting on your posts.
 I am SO behind on reading y'alls blogs!
There are just too many good ones!
***
This week has kind of been one of those weeks.
You know, the kind where you feel like you are in a personal crisis mode?
Nothing bad has happened per say but I just feel off.
I think it is an early onset mid-life crisis.
I wanted to do something bold, something different, and dare I say rebellious?
I am probably going to be hounded by a few people for writing this post but I'm a grown up now. It's my blog after all.
It's not like I'm getting liquored up every day or doing drugs.
Okay on with it already.
Can you tell what my midlife crisis is?
If you can't that's good, because I did want something subtle.
If you follow me on twitter you will already know the answer.
All I can say is I <3 it.
P.S. It is not my nose mole or my crappy saggy ear.. Don't ask why it's like that, it's been that way my whole life.
***
I have been trying really hard to actually eat at home lately.
This is a HUGE thing for me. I hate cooking and I love the convenience of getting off work and having Aaron bring home take out on his way home from school.
This habit alone is sabotaging my weight loss efforts.
Even though, mind you I do mainly get salads and vegetarian take-out.
Anyways.. So this is one of the meals that I am loving making lately {easy too}
The other day when I was at Whole Foods I found some gluten free pizza crust {udi's brand}
Anyways long story short, it is pretty big and only 9 points for the ENTIRE thing-the crust that is.
Once 1/4 C cheese, 12 Turkey peperoni's, 1/2 C. of sauce and a titch of Parmesan are added of course the points go up. Still the whole entire thing is only 15 points. Which I LOVE because I get 31 pnts in a day on the new WW plan. Perfecto! Oh and my husband will even eat it:)
After Aaron and I ate dinner last night {the pizza above} we rushed out the door to Best Buy to get my new Cannon Rebel T2i. On our way out of the house Aaron was a little startled and when I looked to see what he was taken aback by I saw this:
A little duck! Sitting in our front yard, how random. We don't live near a pond, lake or river.. Well I guess a river is like 5 blocks away. BUT STILL so random. I like random though.
{I'm pretty random if you haven't already noticed}
So anyways we got there & they were all out of the camera. BOO.
SO TODAY
whilst at work I was longing for that camera!
{don't worry our tax returns came and we payed bills first and I still had money for it! woot!}
So I called around Everywhere, finally I found one.
 I went on my lunch break and bought it.
***Cue angels singing***
Isn't she a beaut? What shall I name her? hmm.
So now the last few pictures will be wordless, and better quality.
(I hope at least, give me a break I'm still figuring it out!)
***
Okay, I know I said they would be "wordless" but I have to comment on this one. There is no way I would have ever got a picture this awesome of Oscar without this super speedy camera! Cracks me up!
***
These were all taken indoors and by the end the pups kept closing their eyes. Sorry guys! Had to use the flash!
**
I hope everyone is having a great week!
