I pretty much just ate the same thing for every meal this week. Awesome I know but being gluten free and on WW makes it hard to find low point meals I can actually eat.
A typical meal for me consists of this:
1 corn tortilla cooked
1 light baby bell cheese (melted on tortilla)
1/2 cup re fried beans
1/4 avocado (I LOVE avocado)
Mounds of mango salsa
1 Roma tomato sliced on top
tons of cholula(sp?)
Seriously I eat that crap for every meal and if it's made right it taste's delish.
Okay now for my weigh in stats
Heidi: -2.4 (-8 total)
Aaron: +0.3 (-5.5 total)
It was so , Aaron stepped on the scale at least ten times to try to make it a smaller number. We got a new scale, that might be why I was down as much as I was. But our old scale seemed to be pretty much the same weight. Aaron was mad that he gained weight and was ready to throw in the towel. He then realized that he ate almost all the goodies his mom had sent us on top of all his meals. So he felt slightly better after about the gain. I have to admit I was a little happy I've lost more than him. heheh. Hopefully I can keep going, I am still like 25 pounds away from my goal.
Of course I have something crocheted to show you. I made this hat for a friend today, I hope they like it :)
The string hanging down is because I hadn't tied it off yet. I needed to see if it was big enough. I think it turned out good, and I am finally figuring out how to go from the top down without it looking like a chefs hat haha.
While crocheting I looked out my window to this view:

Also you can see my room lights reflected in the window haha. It's not the moon, even though that would be cool. I am in love with the dark leaf-less trees in contrast with the pretty sky.
