Blizzard!

I slept so good last night and my dreams where so vivid.

When I woke up I was so cozy that I decided to just lie around in bed for a while. I didn't realize it at first, but it was snowing outside! In fact by the looks of things it had been snowing all night! There is almost nothing better than waking up to a snow covered world. I love it. 

As soon as I woke up I got ready and walked to my parents house for Sunday brunch. My sidewalk had already been shoveled courtesy of my dad. I am so grateful I didn't have to brave the cold to shovel myself. 

I love brunch.

Breakfast foods are the best.

Spending time with my parents, some of my siblings, nieces and nephews is always enjoyable.

Especially when bacon is involved.

After brunch we all lounged around for a bit. Then I decided to bring over some of my craft supplies to make some Christmas ornaments. I love seeing what little kids come up with. Here are some of the ornaments I came up with. (very primitive I know, I am not the best seamstress)

 I had fun making them though.

We drove my brother and his family to the airport tonight, and can I just say the freeway was SCARY!

The roads were so slick that the tires on the car next to us were spinning out trying to go up the hill. They couldn't make it up!

Oh and can I just say that my poor puppy Sammie looks like Rudolph!

She has somehow scratched up her nose!

Poor thing it looks so sore.

I need to take both the pups to the groomers tomorrow. Hopefully this little sore won't be painful when they bathe her, and hopefully my car will finally be working so that I can even take them to the groomers.
